This Refund Policy applies to ticket purchases, VIP table inquiries, reservation deposits, and related booking activity made through StrawberryMoonPoolParty.com or linked providers.
Tickets
Tickets are generally final sale and non-refundable unless the event is canceled and a refund is authorized by the event organizer, venue, ticketing provider, payment provider, or applicable law.
Refunds are generally not available for late arrival, failure to bring valid 21+ ID, denied entry due to dress code or conduct, venue capacity, doorman or security discretion, changes in talent or lineup, changes in operating hours, weather unless the event is canceled, duplicate purchases, or user error unless the ticketing provider approves an exception.
VIP Table Deposits and Reservations
A VIP table inquiry is not a confirmed reservation until you receive written confirmation from our team, the venue, or an authorized reservation provider. Deposits or advance payments may be non-refundable if the guest cancels, no-shows, arrives late, does not meet venue rules, or fails to complete the required reservation terms.
If an event is canceled or a confirmed table becomes unavailable, our team will review available options, which may include a replacement table, a future-date credit, or a refund where approved by the responsible provider.
Fees, Taxes, and Minimums
Ticket fees, taxes, service charges, processing fees, administrative fees, gratuity, and VIP table minimums may be controlled by the venue, event, ticketing provider, payment processor, or reservation provider. Some fees may not be refundable even when a ticket or deposit refund is approved.
How to Request Review
To request a refund or booking review, email tables@strawberrymoonpoolparty.com with your full name, email used for purchase or inquiry, event date, order or confirmation number if available, and a brief explanation of the issue.
Please contact us first before filing a payment dispute so we can review the booking details and route the issue to the correct ticketing, payment, or reservation provider.
Third-Party Provider Rules
Some purchases, ticket delivery, deposits, and reservation tools may be processed by third-party providers. Their terms and refund rules may also apply, and their approval may be required before a refund can be issued.
